1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the website www.feelgood-music.de or through other communication channels.

2. Contracting Party

The contract is concluded with:

FEELGOOD Music - Valeska Gehring
Neuer Weg 3
97725 Elfershausen
Email: hello@feelgood-music.de

3. Offers and Prices

All offers are non-binding. The fee depends on the scope of the performance and the size of the event. As a guideline, a fee of €300 per hour applies, which may vary depending on the event's size and requirements. Price details are individually agreed upon with the client.

4. Bookings

Bookings can be made via the specified contact options (email, WhatsApp, phone). After receiving an inquiry, the client will receive a written offer containing all relevant details (date, time, location, performance duration, technical requirements, fee, etc.). A contract is only concluded once the client confirms the offer in writing.

5. Travel & Parking

Up to 50 km: Free of charge
Beyond 50 km: Travel costs by prior agreement
The event organizer must provide a loading/unloading area near the stage and a parking space for two vehicles. If this is not possible, an alternative solution must be arranged in advance.

6. Stage Requirements

A stage is not strictly required for our performance; we can play both on stages and on flat ground. The following stage dimensions serve as general guidelines:

  • Package S: 2m depth × 3m width

  • Package M: 3m depth × 4m width

  • Package L: 4m depth × 5m width

If the available performance area differs from these dimensions, this is generally not an issue.

For outdoor events, the organizer must provide suitable weather protection in case of reported adverse conditions to fully cover both the stage and technical equipment. Canopies should have side panels or be sufficiently large to ensure complete protection. If adequate weather protection is not available and the performance cannot take place, the full agreed-upon fee remains payable.

If you have any questions or concerns, we are happy to assist in clarifying the requirements.

7. Sound and Lighting Equipment

We provide our own sound and lighting system. The scope of the equipment depends on the booked package and the contractual agreements. If the organizer wishes to use their own equipment, this must be agreed upon at least 14 days before the event.

Detailed requirements for setup and technical specifications can be found in the Technical Rider, which is available in the Media > Downloads section of our website.

8. Catering
  • Catering: To ensure a smooth performance, we kindly ask the organizer to provide the band with an adequate supply of complimentary beverages and a warm meal within reasonable standards throughout the day of the event, including setup and breakdown periods.

  • Accommodation: For travel distances exceeding 100 km (one way) from [97725], the organizer is responsible for arranging suitable accommodation or covering the associated costs.

    • The accommodation should be located within a maximum of 10 km from the event venue.

    • Three single rooms or alternatively double rooms, if accompanying persons are traveling, are required.

    • The accommodation should meet a good standard—clean, comfortable, and functional.

If catering or accommodation is not provided, the band reserves the right to invoice the organizer for the incurred costs.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due after the performance, but no later than 14 days after the event, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Cancellation Policy

If the organizer cancels a booking, we are generally willing to reschedule the performance to a later date. If no alternative date can be found, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Up to 12 weeks before the event: Free cancellation

  • 8 to 4 weeks before the event: 50% of the agreed fee

  • Less than 4 weeks before the event: 100% of the agreed fee

In the case of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions or government-imposed event bans), we will prioritize rescheduling the event. If rescheduling is not possible, no cancellation fees will be charged.

11. Musician/Band Availability

If a musician is unable to perform, we will make every effort to provide an equivalent replacement. The client will be informed immediately. If no substitute can be found, the performance will still take place as long as it is logistically feasible.

If the entire band is unable to perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to find an alternative solution or reschedule the event. If this is not possible, the contract will be canceled free of charge.

12. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty on our part. Liability for ordinary negligence is excluded, unless it concerns the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

We accept no liability for technical malfunctions, force majeure, or damages caused by third parties.

13. Copyright

All content (texts, images, videos, music) on this website is copyright protected. Use without written permission is not permitted. For press purposes, provided photos, texts, and logos may be used as long as the usage complies with our guidelines.

14. Data Protection

Detailed information on the collection, processing, and storage of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

15. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes, where legally permissible, is the registered office of FEELGOOD Music.
If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
