Additional information and technical requirements

Up to 50 km: Free of charge

From 50 km: Subject to prior agreement.

For travel distances exceeding 100 km (one way from 97725), additional accommodation costs may apply upon agreement.
Playing Time:

The stated playing time includes standard breaks as well as any interludes or program items planned for the event.
Technical Requirements:

Unloading facility near the stage and a parking space for two cars required.

We appreciate appropriate catering with beverages and a warm meal during our stay, including setup and breakdown periods.
Sound Technology & Power Supply:

The included sound system is sufficient for most events.

If greater sound coverage is required, Package S may need the setup from Package M, or Package M may require the system from Package L.

For large open-air events or spacious indoor venues, additional, more powerful sound equipment (extended speakers & subwoofers) may be necessary.

In such cases, a high-voltage connection (16A/32A CEE) may also be required to ensure optimal sound and lighting quality.
